The surgery was a bit tricky because the skin on her face was thin, and there wasn't enough skin to graft onto the damaged area. However, the skin flap under her chest had a large enough area, so the surgery ended up being a success beyond expectations,” Dr. Richard Huy shared.

Another case involved Han Van Tinh, who suffered a severe traffic accident that left his nose deformed, impacting both his breathing function and appearance. After consulting with Dr. Richard Huy, Tính was given a detailed and meticulous surgical plan for nose reconstruction. Dr. Huy utilized two V-Y flaps and two rotating flaps in the Triangle area to recreate the nose contours. He noted, “The process of reconstructing Tính’s nasal structure was quite challenging as it involved restoring the severed lines caused by the injury.”
